Albion Youth - Connecting with youth, Leading them to Christ, Teaching them to do the same.

Our youth group ranges from grades 5-12. Our attendance varies from night to night, but we have an average of about 30-50 kids out every week from around Maple Ridge and particularly the Albion area. Our goal in the community is to lovingly unify the youth of Albion and teach them healthy life skills through mentorship. We have about 5 staff volunteers and 5-10 helpers that come out weekly to mentor and create healthy relationships with the kids. We are a positive force in the growing community of Albion.

Each year more than 20,000 children die from hunger in Colombia, South America. Those lucky enough to survive face a world of limited options. All too often girls find themselves working in the sex trade while boys fall into the trap of organized crime. On Nativity Hill, on the edge of Medellin, Colombia, over one hundred children live in destitute circumstances suffering from unimaginable neglect and a devastating lack of food. Our goal is to provide these children with a safe and nurturing home and nutritional meals to help them break away from the seemingly endless cycle of poverty.
